Job Description:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the Canadian market. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our suite of services to prospective clients.



Responsibilities:



Identify and research potential clients within the Canadian market, including but not limited to businesses in various industries, corporations, and start-ups.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate leads, establish contacts, and secure new accounts.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, industry needs, and competitor strategies to refine business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with prospective clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and business development initiatives to senior management.


Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles within the HR industry or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite and other softwares.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
