We are hiring a Purchasing Manager
The Purchase Department is one of the key departments of the company with responsibility for purchasing commercial products to fulfill sales activities, identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating purchase terms, managing contractual relations with suppliers, ensuring supply chain sustainability and margin management.


Job Responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining the relation with new and existing suppliers;
• Update with the full range of suppliers' products;
• Monitoring and planning of purchases according to planning and budget;
• Optimization of payment terms;
• Optimization of lead time of leasing products from suppliers according to agreed contracts;
• Registration and maintenance of the supplier card;
• Creating price lists in the system based on approved margins and monitoring prices that affect these margins in cooperation with the finance department;
• Monitoring the inventory level within the ERP system and generating various reports related to its optimization;
• Regular monitoring through the system of all elements related to purchasing planning for each SKU;
• Regular monitoring of sales, reservations and pre-ordered sales;
• Monitoring of inventory stay days in stock according to standards set for minimum stock or overstock for calculating the requirements for necessary purchases;
• Preparation of PO based on evaluation of reports on inventory turnover;
• Management and registration of the purchase order and any item for each brand;
• Updating the price list with new prices, costs and status of each item;

Qualifications:
• Work experience at least 5 years in Purchasing or Sales field;
• Bachelor Degree in Economics or relevant Degree;
• Previous experiences in the field of distribution of appliances is considered an advantage;
• Training Certificates will be taken into considerations;
• Fluent in English.
