Art and Tourism Development Group the largest Hotel & Tourism Industry Company with a large extend on the Albanian Coast is looking for a:

Bar Manager​

Responsibilities:

* Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier
contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals;
* Monitor beverage stock item and communicate any shortage;
* Manage the level, consistency, and quality of service of all menu items;
* Ensure that all outlet processes adhere to all hygiene regulations and procedures;
* Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bar is well staffed during peak
hours;
* Training staff to provide excellent service;
* Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls;
* Provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues on beverages;
* Actively seek and review customer feedback in regard to beverage quality, service, and overall satisfaction
and takes appropriate and timely action;
* Ensures the shift is received, hand-over and briefing are carried out;

Requirements (Key Skills)

* Diploma in Hotel Management or Tourism or any equivalent is desirable;
* Minimum of 3 years experiences in a similar role and/or 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage section;
* Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
* Quick decision maker and ability to take charge of the situations and take responsibilities;
* Able to work under pressure;
* Adaptable to changes;
